Zoey Ryan!!

So today we found out that you are a sweet little girl!! It is so refreshing to be able to call you by name now. Zoey Ryan!! We had a little discussion on how we were going to spell your first name but we have definitely decided on Zoey :)

We were able to spend the moment finding out with our family & close friends. When we did the reveal we did not know, just like when we found out with Hallee. There is something so sweet about finding out with those closest to you. With your reveal we used silly string that was either going to be blue or pink. We went & had an ultrasound the day before the party & had the tech put your gender in an envelope. It took a lot of convincing to not let your dad peek, he was just so excited! I gave the sealed envelope to my co-worker & had her get the correct cans ready for us.

After everyone had arrived & mingled for a little while we were set to go. We all had a can of silly string in our hand anxious to spray them! Your dad, sis & I faced everyone & counted to three...everyone sprayed at the same time! As it feel to the ground we all cheered in excitement...GIRL!! Sisters are going to be SO much fun!! We love you sweet Zoey Ryan Brook!!

15 Weeks!

Munchkin!

This week you are the size of an apple which happens to be your sisters favorite word right now. Every round fruit is an ab-bow, it is pretty cute! I can not believe how fast you are growing. We are all SO excited to find out if you are a little boy or girl on Saturday!! I have to say that since my pregnancy has been very different I am thinking you might be a little boy. I think it would be fun to have a little boy around the house. I also know the power of sister & how much Hallee would love to have a little sissy. Either way we just can not wait to call you by name.

You & I are going to go through a growing spurt here in the next few weeks so keep healthy. We pray for you often babe, I hope you know you are very loved.

14 Weeks!

Baby!

It has been SO unbelievably nice outside this week I can't wait for you to enjoy this weather. If you are anything like your big sissy you are going to love to be outside. The best part is that I have been feeling SO much better the last week. I have not been getting sick & have had more energy during the day. I am still ready for bed early but at least I can make it through the day without a nap.

You are getting so much bigger in there each week I feel like it is going by so fast. You are already the size of a lemon & weigh 1 1/2 ounces. You are on your way to being a full grown baby in no time. Your big sister can't wait to meet you, she loves to kiss my belly & tell you that she loves you. You are going to love her, she is a fun little girl!

We decided that we are going to go in and have an early ultrasound so that we can find out if you are a little boy or girl. We are so very excited to call you by name! We find out in 2 weeks & I am already counting down the day. You stay healthy in there & we will see in a few days during our ultrasound!

Meeting Mickey!

You are addicted to/in love with Mumm Mummo (Mickey Mouse)! So when we went to Disneyland the other day we decided to take you to meet him. When you saw him your face lit up & you ran straight to him & gave him a hug. It was so cute to see, your dad & I were both laughing. We spent some time after walking around his house & Minnie's house, fun!

Winter in SC!

So it has been BEAUTIFUL here in San Clemente! I can't believe that it is winter...Im not complaining cause I don't like to be cold. We have spent a lot of time outside in the sun the last few days.

13 Weeks!

Little!

This was a fun week! We had another doctor appointment & got to hear your sweet little heartbeat. I still think that is my favorite sound after a babies laugh. It is always exciting to hear the little flutter of your heart. I can not believe how fast I feel like you are growing in there, you are already 3 inches long, the size of a large shrimp. Shrimp is one of you grandpa's favorite foods, he always asks if we want steak & shrimp for dinner when we come over. He is so predictable!

It was also New Years Eve & I can not believe that it is 2012 already!! This is the year that you will be born, that is crazy. I know that we have half of the year to go before you are here but it is still weird to think we are in your birth year. I am so excited for what 2012 is going to bring to us. I feel like the past few years that each years has brought more excitement. This year is no exception.

We love you so much sweet little one! Keep growing & getting strong in there.
